Processing time for orders •
Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday and exclude public holidays.
New Zealand public holidays, hours of operation and time zones are listed on
our contact page. •
Orders placed before 3pm on any business day will be shipped same day. Orders
received after 3pm (or on a weekend or public holiday) will be shipped next
working business day.

You can select to to have
your items sent by NZ Post or courier. Track and trace is available if the courier
option is selected. After your purchase you will receive a confirmation email
(courier company, your tracking number and the link for you to trace your good(s)
if needed). For normal post estimated times are shown as above under delivery
time. • Domestic
All orders within New Zealand
are sent by courier and offer a track and trace service. Smaller item(s) that
fit into a courier bag (we use NZ couriers). PBT is used for all others. For
estimated time of arrival please see our chart on this page. On confirmation
of purchase you will receive an email with courier details (your tracking number
and a link for you to trace your good(s) if needed).

You can calculate prices on our website:
1) Simply add the item(s) you wish to purchase
to your shopping cart.
2) Follow the check-out
procedures. Enter your shipping details and a cost will be calculated for you.

note: We will not be liable for any information entered incorrectly. If you
select the wrong region the delivery prices will be wrongly calculated. If this
is the case you will receive a telephone call or email to confirm the correct
delivery charge and you will have the option to continue with this purchase.
How shipping costs are
calculated •
Shipping charges are calculated using the weight, size, location and shipping
method for each order. Weight is rounded up to the nearest 100g per box. (Note:
Single discs weigh 0.0125g).

Below shows all of the available shipping methods we offer. For each of the
methods we have listed the carrier and whether or not tracking is included.
• The delivery time refers to the travel time after your
order is shipped. It does not include the time it takes us to process your order.

International shipping •
We have negotiated great rates for our international customers. Simply select
your item(s). Follow the buy now procedures and our generated shipping costs
will be calculated for you. Please note any items over 30kg are not in our system.
However, please email us with your requirements and a sales representative will
be able to obtain a rate for you.
Miscellaneous disclaimers •
A problem in verifying charge card funds and/or addresses may result in a delayed
shipping date. We will attempt to contact you as soon as such a problem arises.
However, we are not responsible for such delays. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery service delays
& interruptions •
The delivery times do not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes
beyond our control, including but not limited to, the following: the unavailability
or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; acts
of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions
of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer;
the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise
applicable to the delivery location; riots, strikes or other labour disputes;
civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks; and natural
disasters.
